Responsibilities
Provide general sales support (needs analysis, data review, and product demonstrations)
Serve as the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development
Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales target
Providing sales staff with constructive feedback and assisting staff to solve customers problems.
Motivating the sales staff and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the team .
Monitor team daily team performance , attendance and agent issues, and report to management
Qualifications
Excellent spoken & Written English is a must.
Minimum 3 years of experience as Export sales B2B.
Experience as a team leader at least for 1 year.
Analytic, creative, and work result-oriented
Ambitious, open to development and responsible,
Ability to take responsibility and delegate when necessary
Ability to find solutions for issues occurred with customers and among employees
Exhibits a strong work ethic, and actively works towards excellence
Ability to lead and work as part of a team and provide clear direction to Sales Agents
Demonstrated leadership and administrative skills
