Responsibilities
- Provide general sales support (needs analysis, data review, and product demonstrations)
- Serve as the customer advocate and liaison for product management and development
- Prepare periodic forecasts and progress updates toward sales target
- Providing sales staff with constructive feedback and assisting staff to solve customers problems.
- Motivating the sales staff and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the team .
- Monitor team daily team performance , attendance and agent issues, and report to management
Qualifications
- Excellent spoken & Written English is a must.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Export sales B2B.
- Experience as a team leader at least for 1 year.
- Analytic, creative, and work result-oriented
- Ambitious, open to development and responsible,
- Ability to take responsibility and delegate when necessary
- Ability to find solutions for issues occurred with customers and among employees
- Exhibits a strong work ethic, and actively works towards excellence
- Ability to lead and work as part of a team and provide clear direction to Sales Agents
- Demonstrated leadership and administrative skills
