Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Patient Assistant (Translator) who is fluent in Turkish and English or French or Spanish or Russian to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting international patients throughout their treatment journey, ensuring clear communication, comfort, and a seamless experience from arrival to aftercare.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist and guide patients before, during, and after their treatments.

• Provide accurate verbal and written translation between patients and medical staff.

• Ensure patients fully understand treatment plans, procedures, and post-treatment instructions.

• Coordinate with medical, sales, and customer care teams to deliver a smooth and positive patient experience.

• Support patients with scheduling, follow-ups, and general inquiries.

• Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the CRM system.

• Build trust-based relationships and provide emotional support when needed.

Requirements

• Fluent in Turkish and English or French or Spanish or Russian.

• Previous experience in patient coordination, medical translation, healthcare services, or customer support (preferably in dental or medical tourism fields).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sense of responsibility, empathy, and professionalism.

• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
