Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive Medical Consultant (Telesales) to join our international sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound patient inquiries, providing professional medical consultation, converting leads into confirmed treatment plans, and maintaining strong relationships with patients throughout their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with international patients via phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM systems.

• Provide accurate medical consultation based on treatment plans prepared by doctors.

• Follow up with leads, answer inquiries, and convert prospects into confirmed patients.

• Build trust-based relationships and guide patients through their treatment journey.

• Prepare treatment offers, quotations, and appointment schedules.

• Coordinate closely with doctors, patient assistants, and operation teams.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and conversion KPIs.

• Maintain accurate records and updates in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Fluent in English orFrench or Spanish, or Russian.

• Previous experience in telesales, medical sales, healthcare consulting, or medical tourism (preferably in dental or aesthetic fields).

• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

• Customer-focused mindset with a positive and professional attitude.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Confident, proactive, and results-driven personality.
