We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Up-Sales Representativewho speaks Turkish and English or French or Spanish or Russian fluently to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with existing patients, identifying additional service opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction while maximizing sales revenue.
Communicate with patients before and after their treatments to promote additional services or packages.
Understand patients’ needs and recommend suitable upgrades, complementary procedures, or premium offers.
Work closely with the sales and customer care teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
Follow up with patients to maintain long-term relationships and encourage loyalty.
Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
Record all interactions and updates accurately in the CRM system.
Fluent in Turkishand French or English or Spanish (both written and spoken).
Previous experience in sales, up-selling, or customer service(preferably in the dental field).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude, goal-oriented mindset, and professional appearance.
Ability to build trust and handle patient inquiries with empathy and confidence.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
