Requirements:
✅ Proven experience in Medical Tourism (Dental, Hair Transplant, or Aesthetic Surgery).
✅ Previous experience leading and managing sales or patient coordination teams.
✅ Strong communication, coaching, and performance management skills.
✅ Languages: Fluent in both:
🇬🇧 English
🇹🇷 Turkish
✅ Ability to monitor KPIs, improve team performance, and achieve sales targets.
➕ Bonus: Experience using Bitrix24 CRM.
