Job Description:
As a Remote Customer Care & Sales Agent, your role goes beyond handling incoming inquiries. You will be proactively reaching out to potential customers, introducing them to our services, and convincing them to visit our clinic or book an appointment. This position requires strong communication, persuasion skills, and a customer-focused mindset to represent the clinic in a professional and engaging manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact potential customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms to introduce clinic services and promote ongoing offers.
- Convince and guide potential clients to schedule consultations, medical examinations, or other services based on their needs.
- Respond to incoming patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Assist with appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and handling rescheduling or cancellations.
- Maintain a database of leads, update communication records, and track conversions.
- Work closely with clinic management to meet sales targets and increase patient visits.
- Gather patient feedback and ensure high satisfaction levels, escalating any issues when necessary.
- Ensure all communications comply with data privacy and clinic policies.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles (experience in healthcare sales is a strong advantage).
- Ability to work independently and manage outreach targets in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or customer databases is a plus.
- Organized, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Working Hours:
- Full-time remote role with flexible shifts, aligned with Saudi Arabia time zone (08:00 AM – 12:00 midnight) in rotational shifts.
