"An American university with a regional office in Istanbul is seeking to hire a Director of the Quality Department."

Roles and Responsibilities:
•    Develop and implement integrated strategies and systems to ensure quality in academic and administrative operations.
•    Update and improve quality policies in line with national and international standards.
•    Monitor the performance evaluation of academic programs and ensure compliance with local and international accreditation requirements.
•    Coordinate internal and external audits with relevant accrediting bodies.
•    Prepare regular performance reports and analyze data to improve processes.
•    Apply continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean.
•    Organize training sessions to raise quality awareness among staff.
•    Engage with students and faculty members to address quality-related issues.
Requirements:
•    PhD or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Education (quality-related certifications are a plus).
•    10 years of experience in quality management (preferably in higher education).
•    Experience in implementing quality standards such as ISO 9001.
•    Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
