Job Description: Edmov is seeking an organized and detail-oriented CRM Administrator to oversee the management of our CRM system, ensuring efficient and strategic use of data to enhance relationships with partner universities. This role is critical in optimizing our CRM processes, improving user experience, and supporting the growth of our partner network through data-driven insights.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

CRM Management: Administer and optimize the CRM platform, ensuring the system supports the needs of various teams, including admissions, marketing, and business development.

Data Analysis:CRM data to provide insights on partner university engagement and student interactions, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

Process Optimization: Continuously refine CRM processes to improve the efficiency of lead management, communication tracking, and partnership growth.

User Support and Training: Provide training to internal teams on CRM best practices and assist with troubleshooting any system issues.

Integration and Automation: Collaborate with tech teams to integrate the CRM with other systems and automate workflows, ensuring seamless data flow and reporting.

Reporting and Insights: Generate reports to track the effectiveness of partnership initiatives and support the strategic goals of the company using CRM data.

Requirements:

 

Proven experience in CRM administration, preferably in a startup or tech-driven environment.

Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and experience with data analysis and reporting tools.

Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Fluency in both Arabic and English.
