Accounting Manager 

Job Summary: 

We are looking for an Arabic accounting manager who speaks Turkish and English fluently to Join our investment company Alfa which is directly related to our branches DentSpa and Hospital XP 

The Investment Accounting Manager will strategically plan and oversee the accounting operations of our investment-focused company, specializing in identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities in other businesses. This role requires strong communication skills for interacting with the accountants of the invested companies, requesting periodic reports, and planning to record monthly and annual profits while providing regular reports to our investors. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for professional communication with investors and managing the official accounting procedures in collaboration with the legal accountant. 

Supervisory Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with a team of accounting professionals responsible for financial reporting, billing, collections, payroll, and budget preparation, with a strong focus on investments. 
• Coordinate training programs for new team members and identify ongoing training needs for the existing staff. 

Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Establish and enforce internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions, focusing on investments and investment accounting. 
• Oversee the preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets, emphasizing investment-related data. 
• Ensure the accurate and timely production of periodic financial reports for investors, ensuring compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and financial reporting standards. 
• Handle year-round tax planning and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations in Turkey. 
• Conduct regular audits of accounts to ensure compliance with Turkish tax laws and financial regulations, collaborating with external auditors as needed for the annual external audit. 
• Present recommendations to the management team regarding short- and long-term financial objectives and policies, focusing on investment decisions. 
• Provide in-depth financial analysis related to potential investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations. 
• Manage professional communication with investors and provide them with necessary financial updates. 
• Handle official accounting procedures in collaboration with the legal accountant, including adherence to Turkish accounting standards and regulations. 
• Strong proficiency in Turkish and preferably fluency in additional languages, such as English. 

Required Skills/Abilities: 

• Exceptional management and supervisory skills, particularly in investor relations and investment analysis. 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Turkish for interacting with Turkish accountants and authorities. 
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills to meet investment-related deadlines. 
• Proficiency in specialized accounting and tax preparation software. 
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. 

Education and Experience: 

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration is required. 
• A minimum of five years of related experience is required, focusing on investment analysis and compliance with Turkish tax laws and accounting regulations.
