Data Entry Specialist in a dental clinic /on site

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing exceptional dental care to patients worldwide. As a Data Specialist, you will play a crucial role in collecting and distributing data to the sales team, ensuring they have the information they need to succeed.

Responsibilities
*Collect data from various sources, including patient records, and marketing campaigns.
*Distribute the leads to the sales team on a timely basis.
*Collaborate with the sales team to identify and address any data discrepancies or issues.
*Maintain the integrity and accuracy of data by ensuring data is properly inputted and updated in the zoho CRM system .

Qualifications
*Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
*Experience in data collection and distribution.
*Excellent organizational and time management skills.
*Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Fluency in English and/or French is required.
*Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate
