Job Responsibilities:
Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments.
Process and track invoices from suppliers and create invoices for clients.
Maintain accurate financial records and assist in account reconciliation.
Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) for daily accounting tasks.
Communicate professionally with clients and suppliers regarding financial transactions.
Assist with general accounting duties and support audits when needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience in accounting or finance (aviation industry experience is a plus).
Strong understanding of accounts receivable and financial processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
