Job Description  

You will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and publishing high-quality content acrossTikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, targeting bothB2B and B2Caudiences.

This is ahybrid position based in Istanbul, offering hands-on experience in digital marketing, branding, and content creation while working with a growing international company.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality photo and video content for social media platforms.
• Plan, shoot, edit, and publish engaging short-form and long-form content.
• Develop creative content ideas aligned with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Produce content tailored for both B2B and B2C audiences.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, product launches, promotions, and seasonal projects.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and recommend fresh, innovative content ideas.
• Assist in maintaining a consistent visual identity across all digital channels.

Requirements

• 3rd or4th-year university studentorrecent graduatein Marketing, Communication, Media, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.   
• Must be based inIstanbuland live within a reasonable commuting distance of ourBeylikdüzüoffice.   
• Own aniPhoneand be comfortable using personal equipment for content creation.   
• Strong skills in video editing and graphic design using tools such asAdobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, or similar software.   
• Good understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and current content trends.
• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable appearing in social media content, promotional videos, and marketing campaigns when required.
• Fluent inTurkish and English(spoken and written).   

Nice to Have (Preferred Qualifications)

• Owns additional content creation equipment (such as a camera, tripod, gimbal, lighting, microphone, or similar) and is willing to use it for company projects when needed.
• Has friends, family members, or acquaintances who can occasionally participate in content creation as models when required.
