Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations
Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient workflow
Monitor and improve operational systems, processes, and best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise in the operational process
Prepare and present operational reports and performance metrics
Assist in the implementation of new projects and initiatives
Requirements:

Proven experience as an Operation Specialist or in a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
