Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Manage social media platforms, SEO, PPC campaigns, and email marketing.
• Create compelling content for website, social media, and promotional materials.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective marketing strategies.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Fluency in both English and Turkish (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO, social media management, and paid advertising.
• Previous experience in the cosmetics sector is a must.
• Strong content writing skills for digital platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creativity, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills.
