Site & Planning Engineer – Electrical, Mechanical & Interior Finishes

🏢 General Description:

We are seeking a professional Site & Planning Engineer to oversee site operations, particularly in electrical, mechanical (MEP), and interior finishing works (ceilings, flooring, etc.). The ideal candidate should have practical experience in coordination and execution of works according to project timelines and shop drawings, preferably with a dual background in both mechanical and electrical engineering.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

- Daily supervision of electrical, mechanical, and interior finishing works on site.

- Review shop drawings and ensure work execution according to technical specifications.

- Prepare and update the project schedule (Primavera / MS Project).

- Coordinate among subcontractors and various trades on site.

- Monitor actual progress and compare with the project timeline.

- Submit regular progress reports and highlight potential risks or delays.

- Ensure the quality of executed works and compliance with safety and quality standards.

- Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery.

- Review and approve material submittals and related technical drawings.

- Support the procurement team in evaluating technical offers from vendors.

📋 Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, preferably with knowledge in both fields.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP and interior finishing projects.

- Proficient in project planning software such as Primavera or MS Project.

- Good understanding of interior finishing works (suspended ceilings, flooring, painting, etc.).

- Proficient in AutoCAD and design software.

- Ability to read and analyze technical and coordination drawings.

- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
