Employment Information
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and assist in developing job descriptions.
  • Conduct onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in conflict resolution and mediation between employees and management.
  • Promote a positive organizational culture by addressing employee concerns and fostering open communication.
  • Support the implementation of performance appraisal process, including goal-setting and feedback processes.
  • Assist in managing employee development and career progression, providing guidance on performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Identify training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance data.
  • Organize and coordinate training programs to enhance employees' skills and capabilities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring all data is accurate and confidential.
  • Support payroll administration by ensuring that attendance, leaves, and other HR-related data are recorded accurately.
  • Ensure the company is in compliance with local labor laws and HR regulations.
  • Participate in HR-related projects, such as employee engagement and organizational development.
  • Recommend improvements to HR processes and contribute to a more efficient and supportive work environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, applicant tracking systems).
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
