Job Title: Part-Time Call Center Representative (Female) – Interior Design Specialist

Tom Designs is a premier interior design and FF&E company specializing in creating bespoke residential and commercial spaces. We are seeking a Part-Time Call Center Representative with experience in customer service, particularly in the interior design or luxury furniture industry. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping clients, and an interest in interior design, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:  
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls to assist clients with inquiries related to interior design and furniture.  
- Provide accurate information about our products and services.  
- Record and update client information in the database.  
- Follow up on client inquiries to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.  
- Work five days a week from our office, five hours daily.  
- Collaborate with the team to improve the customer experience.

Qualifications:  
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the interior design or luxury furniture industry.  
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).  
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.  
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
- Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus.
