### Key Responsibilities:

- *Administrative Development*: Supervise all administrative matters related to the factory, including human resources, financial affairs, and public relations.
- *Effective Communication*: Ability to communicate effectively with all company departments, coordinating between them to ensure seamless integration of production and administrative processes.
- *Business Development*: Propose and implement innovative strategies to enhance production efficiency and improve product quality.

### Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum of *10 years* of experience in production and factory management, preferably in the field of electronic and scientific equipment.
- Fluency in both *Turkish and English*.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to make sound decisions in critical situations.
