We are looking for a motivated and sales-driven individual to join our Hair Transplant team!

You will be the voice of our customers, helping to answer their questions about our hair transplant services. It is crucial to provide personalized advice tailored to their hair restoration goals, setting them up for success with Hair Transplant Clinics and cosmetic surgery.

Responsibilities:

- Proactively calling new leads (who come through our sales funnel) and existing leads the team has not been able to reach, guiding them on their hair restoration journey.

- Assisting customers by addressing their initial questions (pricing, types of procedures, recovery time, etc.) and presenting available offers.

- Collaborating with the sales team to hand over leads to the clinical and commercial teams.

- Maintaining thorough and accurate customer notes to be used by the rest of the sales and clinical teams.

- Demonstrating excellent communication skills and a high level of empathy when engaging with clients.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles in the health, wellness, or cosmetic fields is preferred.

- Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and quick thinking.

- Proactive, energetic, and able to take the initiative.

- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in more than one language is a plus (preferred languages: Arabic, English, French, Spanish, Russian, Italian).
