Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the Turkish food market. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the food industry and demonstrate the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
•  Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify new sales opportunities and trends within the food industry.
•  Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
•  Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
•  Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
•  Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.
•  Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
•  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
Requirements:
•  Age: 30-40 years.
•  Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
•  Experience: Proven work experience (minimum 5 years) as a Sales Manager in the food market, specifically with frozen fruits and vegetables.
•  Languages: Fluency in Turkish is mandatory. Proficiency in English or Arabic is highly desirable.
•  Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
•  Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of achieving sales targets.
•  Ability to scan the market, identify opportunities, and develop tactical plans.
•  Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
•  Valid driver's license and comfortable with travel as needed.
Compensation:
•  Salary: 25,000 TL per month.
•  Attractive commission structure based on sales achievements.
•  Company car provided for transportation needs.
