Job Description:

Mercury Training Center is seeking to hire a Professional Sales representative to join our team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via website, email, and phone

Communicate and follow up with potential clients to identify suitable training programs

Build and develop a new client base and establish strong business relationships

Follow up with existing and previous clients and encourage referrals

Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and invoices

Follow up on purchase orders, confirmations, and payments

Coordinate internally to ensure smooth delivery of training services

Follow up on pending and overdue payments when required

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in sales is required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills

Ability to write professional emails

Proficiency in MS Office applications

Strong time-management and organizational skills

High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Ability to work independently and within a team
