Emirates Keys has been providing the best automotive security solutions in the Middle East since 2005. Emirates Keys specializes in the trade of car keys and programmable devices.
I started working at Emirates Keys primarily as the head of the maintenance and repair department and also as a technical support engineer.
My achievements during this process;
1- I created a new algorithm for repair and after-sales repair parts of devices and worked, planned and implemented it on a special Excel spreadsheet.
2- Organizing the process of sending and receiving back after-sales repair parts and device repairs before and after repairs
3- Organizing the process of sending repair devices and after-sales parts between company branches
My duties;
1- Maintaining and repairing devices that can be repaired without having to send the devices to the manufacturer
2- Providing customer support by accessing the client's computer remotely using the internet remote control programs TeamViewer and AnyDesk. These are; Providing solutions to various problems that customers encounter while using the devices. Downloading, loading and installing special software for devices
3- Diagnosing and deleting faults in cars using different devices and tools
4- Programming remote control for cars using different devices
5- Cutting key tips for cars using different machines
6- Reading processors (MCU), EPROMs (EEPROM) and car brains (ECU) using different devices

Teknopark İnşaat Ltd. Ltd. Since its establishment, it has been working as a subcontractor and contractor in both construction/renovation and electrical projects of national and global organizations such as MİGROS, CARREFOURSA, ŞOK, FİNANSBANK, GÜNEY EZCA KOPERATİFİ.
I made electrical project drawings of Şok markets and participated in field applications and took part in the studies.
I gained basic information about the electrical internal installation project-power increase project drawing of Şok markets.

Our main areas of activity are electronics, embedded systems and mechatronics.
I worked in the design, testing and repair departments of automatic sliding door cards.
We communicated with customers, looked for solutions to their problems and presented them to customers.
I carried out the quality, durability and sensor tests of the designed cards.
I prepared the user manuals for the door cards by translating them from Turkish to English and Arabic using Word.
